Imperia Online, part of Stillfront and known for its mobile strategy game Siege: WWII, wanted to grow its player base while improving monetization without disrupting gameplay. To address this challenge, the studio turned to Unity and its tools, including ironSource Ads for user acquisition and LevelPlay for monetization.

Unity implemented highly targeted UA campaigns across several markets and used LevelPlay to better manage ad networks and optimize revenue. Supported by ad formats like opt-in rewarded video and ongoing expert guidance, the effort lowered CPI by 45% by December 2024 and increased Siege: WWII’s revenue by 14%.
