Bole Games, a major mobile slot game developer in China, wanted to reduce user churn and keep its high-quality players engaged across a large portfolio of Android titles. To do this, the company looked for a cross-promotion solution, and partnered with Unity’s LevelPlay / ironSource cross promotion offering to help retain users and maximize lifetime value.
Using Unity’s in-app bidding-based cross promotion tool, Bole Games quickly set up a private bidding network to promote its own games more efficiently and transparently than with previous approaches. The results were strong: install rates increased by 173% and eCPI dropped by 30%, helping Bole Games retain users at a lower cost while staying competitive.
