The vendor Uniphore worked with a multi-tier loyalty company to address a challenge in growing their loyalty program. The client struggled to effectively target communications to both non-members and existing members to drive program sign-ups and encourage customers to spend more, thereby increasing their lifetime value (LTV).

Uniphore's solution was to develop a look-alike model to identify prospects who behaved like existing members. They then created targeted campaigns to invite these customers into the program. This same approach was used within the program to move members up through the tiers. As a result, Uniphore helped the client achieve a 10%+ increase in program membership engagement across all tiers.
