With Unbabel, TuneCore expanded multilingual support from 5 to 29 languages and enabled specialized English-speaking agents to manage global requests without hiring native speakers for every market. The results included same-day responses instead of waits of up to three weeks, some tickets resolved in under 30 minutes, CSAT up by 5 points in 2020, and SLA performance consistently in the high 90s.
