Eventbrite Delivers Continuous Software Localization for its Target Markets with Unbabel

Eventbrite, the global event management and ticketing platform, needed a scalable way to localize its website, user interface, apps, and support content as it expanded into new markets. It partnered with Unbabel to keep multilingual releases aligned with its fast development cycle and ensure content met quality standards and release schedules across multiple languages.

Unbabel implemented a dedicated translation workflow integrated directly into Eventbrite’s systems, supporting weekly string updates and removing the need to export files for translation. Since the partnership began in 2014, Unbabel has translated more than one million words for Eventbrite and continues to provide Professional Translation, Checking and Editing, and Localization services, helping Eventbrite deliver native-language experiences across its global markets.
