Yapı Kredi Bank, the 3rd largest private bank in Turkey, was managing a high volume of repetitive, manual processes across credit card operations, customer care, operations, and other departments. To improve efficiency and customer service, the bank turned to UiPath and its RPA platform, along with UiPath Academy for internal upskilling.

UiPath helped Yapı Kredi automate 137 processes with 20 unattended robots and 7 processes where AI, robots, and humans collaborate. The result was over 2.2 million transactions enabled in Q1 2021, more than 4 million transactions enabled in 2020, reduced customer feedback handling time from 10 minutes to a fraction of that, and 15% of auditors’ time released through AI-assisted audit automation.
