Vertiv improves efficiency and accuracy with UiPath automation platform

Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, needed to reduce repetitive, time-consuming work and improve accuracy across its business operations. Working with UiPath and its automation platform, Vertiv began its RPA journey to streamline manual processes in areas such as contract creation, invoicing, and cash receipting.

UiPath helped Vertiv automate Service Contract Creation and Invoicing in Oracle, as well as Receipt Creation and Application processes across India and the rest of Asia. The results included saving hundreds of hours of avoidable work, achieving close to 100% robot utilization, reducing manual errors, improving compliance and visibility, and increasing accuracy; Vertiv also plans to expand automation into finance, supply chain, Europe, and the U.S.
