STL (Sterlite Technologies Ltd.), a hyper-scale data networks innovator, needed to scale supporting processes rapidly to support projected 10x growth and a 20x increase in data usage. To avoid a large hiring push and the inefficiencies of manual scaling, STL selected UiPath and its Enterprise RPA Platform to automate critical finance and reporting processes.

UiPath deployed two unattended robots to automate invoice intake, OCR, MIRO processing, barcode-driven logic and data entry, converting a manual 8/5 workflow into a reliable 24/7 operation. The UiPath solution increased speed and accuracy, removed the need to scale headcount for invoice processing, improved employee work–life balance, extended automation to factory reporting, and positioned STL to broaden RPA across procurement and order‑to‑cash.
