Paradise, a legendary Indian restaurant chain with over 45 outlets, faced growing pain as online aggregator channels (Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, FoodPanda) rose to 30% of sales. Manual daily reconciliation across four aggregators and 6,000 transactions a day created a backlog—what should take one day stretched to five days—causing delays, errors, revenue leakage and strained staff. Paradise turned to the UiPath Enterprise RPA platform to standardize and accelerate the process.
Using two UiPath Robots to extract and consolidate data from ERP, aggregator dashboards and emails, UiPath automated end-to-end revenue reconciliation and exception checks. The automation cut reconciliation time from five days to four hours, delivered 100% accuracy, freed three FTEs for exception resolution, and reduced monthly discrepancies from Rs. 20 lakhs to Rs. 50,000 within two months. UiPath’s solution also improved reaction time to fix issues and supported Paradise’s broader RPA roadmap.
