Piramal, a diversified global conglomerate operating across pharma, financial services, real estate and packaging, faced inefficient manual processes that were blocking its digital transformation (DX) ambitions. To build and scale an RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and streamline operations, Piramal partnered with UiPath, adopting the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform and tapping into UiPath’s technology expertise and ecosystem support.

UiPath helped Piramal design, pilot and scale automation across the CoE—deploying 13 UiPath bots to automate 60 processes, save 5,760 hours per month and realize 36 FTE savings. The automation delivered 100% accuracy across automated workflows, roughly a 50% improvement in turnaround time, 24/7 unattended operation and the ability to reallocate staff to higher‑value tasks, driving measurable cost, speed and compliance gains for Piramal.
