Türkiye Finans, a Turkish participation bank with more than 300 branches and 4,000 employees, wanted to extend automation beyond centralized processes into branch-specific operations. A major challenge was handling free-format money transfer requests, which arrived as highly variable, unstructured documents and required long processing times and significant human intervention.
UiPath used intelligent document processing to extract key data from customer transfer forms and route it into Türkiye Finans’s customer instruction system, while unreliable documents were sent for review. The solution streamlined manual handling, cut payment instruction processing time by 80%, and enabled 87% of payment instructions to be processed without human intervention.
