SSCL Achieves Speedy Automation Results with UiPath

Shared Services Connected Ltd (SSCL) delivers recruiting, finance, accounting and other shared services to government clients and wanted to automate core recruiting, finance and HR processes to increase capacity, reduce operating costs and improve customer experience. After an initial RPA engagement that didn’t meet expectations, SSCL chose UiPath and the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform (engaging implementation partner Morpheus) to accelerate delivery and make automation more accessible to business teams.

Using the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform with Morpheus, SSCL completed a rapid proof of concept and deployed robots at pace — nine automations in the first two months and six processes in the first three‑week sprint, creating 38 reusable components and reaching a cadence of five automations every 20 days. UiPath automations streamlined recruitment and maternity‑leave workflows, saved weekly FTE hours, improved accuracy and consistency, lifted NPS and voice‑of‑customer metrics, and set SSCL on track to automate at least 100 processes in the next year.
