Spotify, the global audio streaming and media services company, wanted a more scalable and user-friendly automation approach after early success with a code-based RPA platform. Facing the need to support multiple departments, improve governance, and enable both IT-led and business-led automation, Spotify turned to UiPath and its RPA platform to better align automation with company-wide innovation goals.
With UiPath, Spotify migrated 11 processes, built a citizen developer program, and expanded its automation program to include unattended and attended bots, supported by training through UiPath Academy. The results included more than 100 bots in production, 45,500+ hours saved, and 24,000 hours of capacity released, while also improving scalability, compliance, and business value measurement across the organization.
