Case Study: Atea achieves faster, flexible automation with UiPath

A UiPath Case Study

Preview of the Atea Case Study

Speed and flexibility drives RPA adoption at Atea

Atea, a leading IT infrastructure provider in Europe’s Nordic and Baltic regions, needed a faster, more flexible way to manage rapid growth after acquiring 50 companies and operating across 600+ systems in 80+ locations. As its business shifted from product-focused to service-based, Atea turned to UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to handle a fragmented IT landscape, country-specific process variations, and rising transaction volumes.

Using UiPath, Atea built a Center of Excellence and has automated more than 200 processes since 2017, delivering flexible automations across its dispersed systems. The results include faster order and pricing updates, reduced errors, no increase in headcount despite growing workloads, and a new ability to move staff into higher-value roles. In one example, UiPath helped Atea deliver an automation for a customer in under two weeks from concept to production.
