Siram Veolia automates to boost efficiency, cut waste, and optimize resources

Siram Veolia, an energy and utilities company in Italy, wanted to improve processes and boost productivity across finance and operations while reducing manual, time-consuming work. Working with UiPath and its automation platform, the company started its automation journey with support from partner Avvale to identify high-value use cases and build a roadmap.

UiPath helped Siram Veolia automate an email-to-troubleshooting workflow that now handles about 500 emails a month, and the company has identified eight automation opportunities in total, including invoice responses, billing, VAT calculations, supplier qualification, and software testing. The results include less manual effort, reduced errors, better employee experience, and improved revenue protection, with UiPath helping the team integrate systems and scale automation across the business.
