Shared Services Arm of Major European Insurance Group Reduces Processing Time by 80% with Automation

Large European Insurance Group’s shared services arm faced slow, email- and spreadsheet-driven core insurance processes across multiple mailboxes and legacy systems, creating limited visibility, capacity issues and increasing overtime.
