Thanachart Securities Public Company Limited (TNS), the securities arm of Thailand’s Thanachart Bank, faced long, error-prone back‑office processes that cost time and risked customers missing trading opportunities. To speed up account registration, cash deposits and bill‑payment processing while cutting errors and costs, TNS adopted UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with support from partner KG Information Systems.
UiPath’s RPA robots consolidate inputs, verify transactions, update TNS systems and send customer notifications automatically, allowing one staffer to manage processes that previously required multiple people. The UiPath solution reduced registration time from 45 to under 15 minutes, cut notification time from an hour to under 15 minutes, eliminated errors (0% error rate), delivered up to 60% cost savings and reduced manual effort to about 15%.
