Schnellecke Logistics Accelerates Processes and Reduces Costs with UiPath

Schnellecke Logistics, an international transportation and logistics company based in Germany, wanted to accelerate its operations, reduce costs, and support its long-term digital innovation strategy. To do this, it turned to UiPath and robotic process automation (RPA), especially for repetitive SAP and finance-related work.

Using UiPath Studio and the wider UiPath RPA platform, Schnellecke automated more than 80 processes across 38 areas and six regions. The automations saved 12,435 hours of manual work in 2021, with a target of 32,000 hours saved in 2022; one invoice-handling robot alone saved about 30 hours per month, while another finance process saved about 60 minutes per day. UiPath helped Schnellecke speed up processes, lower costs, and free employees for more valuable tasks.
