RPA brings improved quality and new ways of working for Senate Properties

Senate Properties, the Finnish government's work environment partner managing 9,000 properties, sought to speed digitalization and reduce repetitive work by automating internal financial and administrative processes. After a pilot and a mapping that identified some 200 potential use cases, Senate selected an RPA approach using the UiPath platform (with Efima as an implementation partner) to improve quality and enable new ways of working.

Using UiPath RPA, Senate implemented a focused rollout starting in finance, supported by an internal Robotics Specialist and cross-organizational change communications and training. The UiPath solution put 8 processes into production, has 7 in development and more than 30 automated processes identified and prioritized, delivering higher process quality, reduced manual routine tasks and expanding automation into document management, CRM and HR.
