Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Greatly Improves Warehouse Efficiency at SF Supply Chain

SF Supply Chain, a transportation and logistics provider serving mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao, was facing growing warehouse complexity as customer requirements became more diverse. UiPath helped the company address repetitive, time-consuming warehouse management and routine data entry work that was slowing operations and tying up staff.

Using UiPath robotic process automation (RPA), SF Supply Chain automated courier data entry and related warehouse tasks across pilot sites and then expanded the approach more broadly. The solution handled more than 10,000 orders per month at one site, replaced work previously done by two full-time staff, reduced manual errors, and helped the company save 74,000 effective working hours in aggregate.
