Removing Pain Points with Automation

IHH Healthcare Singapore, part of IHH Healthcare, faced operational strain from more than 100 legacy systems and many repetitive manual processes across its hospitals and clinics. After an audit exposed the burden of manually checking and removing accounts when employees left, the healthcare provider turned to UiPath to help automate time-consuming back-office work.

UiPath implemented automation across a range of processes, including 24/7 chatbot-driven password resets, website dead-link checking, and Clinic Listing and Report Automation for corporate customers. The results included about 20 automation processes running daily, around S$700,000 in potential annual savings from the clinic listing/report use case for 1,000 customers, and up to S$1.5 million in potential yearly savings when scaled to 2,000 customers; IHH Healthcare Singapore also expanded bot-written third-party administrator reports, with 1,000 already in use and 1,000 more underway.
