The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ), a member-owned organization in Australia providing insurance, banking, and roadside assistance to about 1.8 million members, wanted to streamline and speed up operations across its business lines. Facing slow, manual processes in insurance and contact centers, RACQ looked to UiPath and robotic process automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
UiPath helped RACQ automate more than 60 processes, starting with a low-complexity, high-ROI insurance fulfillment workflow that reduced manual re-keying caused by inaccurate or missing data. The program was delivered in a six-week production timeline and grew to 180+ attended robots in production, saving 50,000+ hours and freeing staff for more strategic work while laying the foundation for more advanced automation.
