Reckitt, a global manufacturing and consumer goods company, wanted to modernize its IT operations and improve the employee support experience. Using UiPath automation, the company set out to reduce repetitive, rule-based work such as access requests, password resets, license changes, and distribution list updates while creating a more seamless, consumer-grade IT service.
UiPath helped Reckitt build an automation factory and a Center of Excellence to scale bots across IT operations, supported by process mining, governance, and an in-house team. The result was more than 80 robots automating nearly 20% of IT processes, delivering 20% IT operations savings, freeing up 10,000 hours per month, and increasing NPS by 20%, while also improving compliance and reducing errors.
