Posti Triples RPA Targets in First Year Alone

Posti Group, Finland’s national postal and logistics company, needed to modernize decades-old legacy systems and eliminate slow, manual back-office work to become a fully digital business. To accelerate that transformation, Posti Group partnered with UiPath and adopted UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to replace repetitive tasks and enable cloud- and AI-driven workflows.

UiPath deployed software robots beginning with memo voucher posting and then scaled RPA across finance, HR, sales support, logistics, and customer service. The UiPath solution streamlined invoicing (reducing invoice leakage and increasing income), freed employees for specialized work, and helped Posti Group triple its 2019 automation target while rolling RPA into 5+ departments and planning citizen developer roles to sustain growth.
