A UiPath Case Study
Postbank, one of Bulgaria’s leading banks, faced high-volume, repetitive loan-administration work that strained staff and risked errors. To modernize and streamline these processes the bank engaged ServiceCentrix to deploy UiPath Robotic Process Automation (UiPath RPA) as part of a broader digitalization strategy.
ServiceCentrix implemented UiPath RPA starting with a PoC and automated 20 loan-administration processes in six months; today six UiPath robots managed via UiPath Orchestrator run most tasks on schedule. One robot now processes daily credit-card payments in about 2 hours, automatically handling 95% with no errors and routing the remaining 5% to two employees (previously 7 employees spent ~4 hours/day). The project freed the equivalent of 10 FTEs overall, saved 2 FTEs on the key process, cut processing time, eliminated errors, improved compliance and scalability, and is expected to deliver a 2:1 ROI within two years.
