Nielsen, a global market research firm, needed to speed up the collection and analysis of vast amounts of data to deliver timely market intelligence across rapidly changing consumer and media ecosystems. To reduce manual back‑office work and democratize automation across its 50,000+ employees, Nielsen chose UiPath and the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to accelerate its digital transformation.

UiPath implemented software robots and a hybrid Center of Excellence model that recruited local RPA champions to scale automation across 20+ business units and 40+ countries.
