Nest Bank, a Polish mobile banking provider serving entrepreneurs, needed to scale quickly while avoiding spiraling costs, manual mistakes, and operational bottlenecks in repetitive back-office work. Working with UiPath, the bank began automating simple processes like closing inactive accounts and archiving documents, then expanded automation as its business grew and the pandemic increased demand for fast, reliable loan processing.
UiPath helped Nest Bank build a center of excellence, reuse automation components, and move its program to the cloud for greater flexibility and faster deployment. The bank now has 250 automations in place, has saved more than 400,000 hours of manual work, and built many solutions in-house with just 5 licenses; during the COVID-19 response alone, it saved about 15,000 hours and processed zł185,982,635 for over 5,000 customers.
