MongoDB, the global developer data platform company, needed a way to scale without drowning skilled teams in repetitive manual work across finance, HR, and sales. To address these bottlenecks, MongoDB turned to UiPath and the UiPath Platform, including UiPath Document Understanding and AI capabilities, to automate labor-intensive processes.

With UiPath, MongoDB automated tasks such as revenue write-ups, HR document transfers, dual-signature checks, invoice processing, and CRM cleanup. The results have been significant: more than 120 automations deployed, over 230,000 working hours saved, about $7 million in cost savings over three and a half years, and faster processes such as book closing up to 50% faster and order task completion rising 90%.
