A UiPath Case Study
Max Healthcare, one of North India’s largest hospital networks, faced slow, error-prone processing of large volumes of patient transactions and the complex reconciliation required for government schemes (CGHS, ECHS). To improve accuracy, security and turnaround times, Max Healthcare implemented the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to automate claims processing, data entry and reconciliation tasks.
Using UiPath, bots were built to extract data from Outlook and PDFs, populate CSVs and integrate with the hospital’s database, and to log into multiple CGHS/ECHS portals to validate records and notify teams. UiPath automation cut claims turnaround time by about 50%, delivered 65–75% time savings on CGHS/ECHS processes, saved Rs 1 crore over 12 months, reduced errors, improved security and freed staff for higher‑value work.
