To tackle this, Deloitte partnered with UiPath to deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) — using UiPath’s software robots (and planning to extend to UiPath AI Fabric) to drive faster, more accurate workflows.
UiPath built and launched bots for billing and end‑to‑end onboarding—developers typically delivered robots in about 4 weeks—after identifying 50+ automation opportunities. The UiPath solutions reduced billing errors, sped billing cycles and revenue collection, and significantly cut onboarding costs while Deloitte used change management to gain staff buy‑in; the company now plans to expand automation with UiPath AI Fabric and a citizen‑developer program.
