JLT (Jardine Lloyd Thompson India) needed to improve customer experience, contain costs and boost efficiency for its offshore shared-services handling insurance and employee benefits processes. To achieve higher employee productivity, accuracy and process scalability, JLT selected the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform as its automation vendor.
UiPath implemented RPA across JLT’s Employee Benefits workstreams, helping automate 21 processes and process thousands of work items with in-house teams supported by UiPath’s consulting and training. The deployment cut a typical transaction from 30 minutes to 8 minutes (about a 350% productivity improvement), lifted quality from ~98% to over 99.5%, and freed capacity equivalent to roughly 60 staff—delivering measurable cost, accuracy and scalability gains.
