İşbank, Turkey’s largest private bank, needed to reduce the heavy burden of repetitive manual work across banking operations, branches, and headquarters. The bank was also looking for a more flexible and intuitive RPA platform that business users could adopt beyond the IT team, while improving efficiency, reducing errors, and speeding up complex processes like deposit pricing and customer request handling.
Using the UiPath Platform, İşbank built agile automation squads and a center of excellence to develop, scale, and govern automation across the organization. UiPath robots helped streamline processes such as deposit pricing, customer request entry, loan repayment processing, and automated communications, resulting in more than 300 tasks automated, 11.2 million transactions handled annually, 500,000 working hours saved per year, and 64 robots in use.
