A UiPath Case Study
Ignitis Group, the largest listed energy company in the Baltic states, needed to reduce operating expenditure while improving customer service across its operations in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and Finland. Working with UiPath and its robotic process automation (RPA) platform, the company looked for ways to automate repetitive, high-volume business processes across finance, IT, HR, procurement, legal, and customer service.
UiPath helped Ignitis Group build two closely aligned RPA centers of excellence and automate about 260 processes, including shared-mailbox case management. The solution now handles more than 25,000 customer emails per month in seconds, bringing back 800 hours monthly from that process alone and over 16,000 hours each month across the group. Ignitis also uses 16 robot licenses to support all automations, saving on licenses and server space while improving response times and operational efficiency.
