Hyperautomation fuels growth for Heineken

Heineken, the global brewer based in Amsterdam, needed a way to scale automation across a highly fragmented technology landscape spanning more than 80 operating companies. Working with UiPath, the company began building its hyperautomation program to move beyond isolated RPA projects and create a governed, enterprise-wide approach.

UiPath helped Heineken implement a federated automation model with governance, training, and security, alongside tools for intelligent automation, document processing, low-code development, chatbot development, test automation, and digital integration. The result has been 140 automations, 60 software robots, 13 federated teams worldwide, and 14,000 hours saved every month, putting Heineken on track to save 1 million hours by 2025.
