Xerox partnered with UiPath to modernize operations and address a growing need to automate complex, manual workflows across the business. As a global manufacturing and services company, Xerox needed to improve critical processes like invoicing, supply chain, HR, finance, and customer service, where manual work was slowing down operations and risking customer retention. UiPath automation, including the UiPath Platform and Document Understanding, helped Xerox tackle these challenges.

UiPath enabled Xerox to automate internal processes, eliminate manual invoice creation, and build a Global Automation Center of Excellence that supported a thriving citizen developer community. The company also used UiPath to create a new commercial RPA as a Service offering for its customers, turning its internal automation success into a new revenue stream. Measurable impact included 600 robots deployed, 6 million quarterly transactions supported, over 50,000 hours redeployed in one use case, and invoice processing reduced from 70 hours to 2.5 hours per week.
