How Hexaware has helped clients realize their automation goals using RPA tools

Hexaware, a global IT, BPS and consulting services provider, faced the challenge of helping clients across industries identify and automate complex, heterogeneous processes—often involving unstructured, multilingual documents and integration with systems like Citrix, SAP and Ariba. To meet these needs, Hexaware leverages UiPath’s RPA software (including the UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform and Cognitive OCR) as part of its HiPAS intelligent process automation offerings to assess, build and deploy digital workforce solutions.

Using UiPath, Hexaware implemented attended and unattended robots, Cognitive OCR and ML‑enabled workflows (for example Contract Creator, Incentive Validation and Contract Billing bots) to automate contract management, policy maintenance and delinquency processes. The results include clearing a pharma contract backlog with 100% closures in a day and a 71% effort reduction, ~50% faster contract handling for a travel client, >95% accuracy with 65% effort reduction and 58% TCO savings for an insurer, and a 62% improvement in collections timing—demonstrating UiPath’s role in delivering measurable efficiency and accuracy gains.
