Global Credit Rating Agency Focuses on Laying the Groundwork for Robotic Process Automation

Fitch Ratings, a global credit rating and financial information firm, needed to lay the groundwork for enterprise-wide Robotic Process Automation to eliminate repetitive, error-prone tasks—most notably a manual duplicate data-entry process that required copying about 500 individual Salesforce fields into a separate tool. With executive sponsorship from the CFO and a dedicated Center of Excellence led by Scott Beach, Fitch engaged UiPath, using Orchestrator, Unattended Robots, Automation Hub, and Task Capture to pilot and scale RPA across finance and other departments.
