Global Consumer Goods Company engaged UiPath to automate repetitive, laborious tasks across multiple global service lines — Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Analyze (R2A), Supply Chain Management (SCM)/MDM and Tax — without changing existing systems or business process flows. The challenge was to boost efficiency, productivity and accuracy across both agent-assisted and back-office work, including Citrix-based processing, using a combined attended and unattended automation approach.
Working with implementation partner Capgemini, UiPath helped establish a robotics Center of Excellence, moved from a successful POC to full-scale deployment, and automated 62 processes using a complete UiPath attended and unattended strategy. The automation delivered the equivalent productivity of 85 FTEs, reduced cycle times by 60%, enabled robots to complete tasks three times faster than advisors, and provided an easily scalable virtual workforce.
