Future Generali India Life Insurance Company faced slow, error-prone back-office operations—many manual processes feeding into an AS/400 core system and an average turnaround time of seven days—which constrained its ability to scale and improve productivity. To start its RPA journey it selected UiPath’s RPA platform to replace scripting pilots and tackle high-volume tasks such as group policy issuance, underwriting checks and daily bank reconciliations.
UiPath implemented attended and unattended robots across ~33 business processes, automating record extraction, secure client communication and end-to-end bank reconciliation workflows. The deployment cut a key cycle time from one day to 15 minutes, achieved 93% automatic transaction matching and 83% touchless bank-reconciliation processing, reduced rework, and freed FTEs for higher-value work—delivering measurable speed and productivity gains for Future Generali India Life.
