A UiPath Case Study
Three Ireland, one of Ireland’s largest mobile telecommunications providers, was struggling with large volumes of repetitive manual work across the business. As part of its RPA journey, the company partnered with UiPath to move from a proof-of-concept phase to live automation, with a focus on freeing staff from time-consuming processes and improving efficiency.
Using UiPath RPA and Automation Hub, Three automated 15 processes across five robots, including work in small business accounts, credit applications, CRM, and accessory charges. The results were substantial: 53,949 hours were handed back to staff, one process was reduced by 82 working days, and another saved 1,176 hours annually, alongside error reduction and better cross-functional governance.
