İşbank, Turkey’s largest private bank, wanted to move beyond traditional RPA and better understand the effectiveness of its manual and automated processes. With UiPath Process Mining, İşbank mined 26 processes, cut process analysis time from two months to two weeks, and saved 116,000 hours by removing unnecessary approval steps. The bank also optimized 61% of cases in one process, improved SLA performance for 65% of cases, and gained faster, data-driven insights for continuous operational improvement.
