Enerjisa, a major energy and utilities provider in Turkey, was managing a complex mix of siloed systems across field operations, billing, and customer information while working to improve sustainability and operational efficiency. To address growing process complexity and customer service pressure, Enerjisa selected UiPath automation after evaluating multiple vendors and testing proof of concepts.

With UiPath and partner VBM Group, Enerjisa automated invoice investigations, regulatory reporting, and invoice approval workflows using UiPath automation and document understanding capabilities. The results included over 60 processes automated, more than 90,000 invoices processed in under eight months, and over $400,000 in operational cost savings, while also improving response times, compliance, and supporting sustainability initiatives such as green energy certificate generation.
