Felleskjøpet Agri, Norway’s largest supplier of agricultural technology and equipment, faced pressure to cut costs and improve efficiency as farmers and the business navigated challenging market conditions and the COVID-19 pandemic. Much of the company’s work—especially master data tasks, invoice handling and price reconciliation—was highly repetitive and time-consuming, consuming as much as 50% of some employees’ time. To address this, Felleskjøpet Agri teamed with UiPath (implemented and delivered via a Robotics‑as‑a‑Service partnership with TietoEVRY) to deploy Robotic Process Automation.

Using UiPath RPA, with TietoEVRY providing RaaS, Felleskjøpet Agri automated 20 processes (hitting its three‑year target early), built an invoice-processing robot in one week, and automated price‑discrepancy and currency‑rate checks. The results: up to 50% of repetitive tasks removed for some staff, price discrepancies reduced by more than 50%, manual handling times cut from hours to minutes, faster internal case resolution and improved customer service — all delivered through UiPath-powered automations.
