Deloitte, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, wanted to improve and standardize cumbersome internal processes across its global network. Using the UiPath Business Automation Platform, Deloitte targeted high-volume work such as customer invoicing, HR onboarding, and HR benefits administration, where manual steps and legacy systems were creating delays and inefficiencies.
UiPath helped Deloitte deploy digital workers, document understanding, and AI-powered human-in-the-loop workflows to automate more than 600 processes and support thousands of requests each day. The results included over 4 million labor hours saved to date, faster invoicing and onboarding, and a multi-year expansion to develop and deploy more than 4,000 automations across the organization.
