Cognizant Creates Automation-Driven Culture with UiPath RPA

Cognizant, a global consulting firm with more than 300,000 employees, wanted to build an automation-driven culture and help teams modernize processes while improving employee and customer experiences. Working with UiPath and its RPA platform, the company set out to make automation accessible to employees and move toward a future where more staff could become citizen developers.

UiPath helped Cognizant launch a citizen developer training program that combined hackathons, gamification, online learning, virtual sessions, and coaching. The initiative trained more than 7,000 associates, supported the creation of 3,500+ bots, and helped Cognizant save over 450,000 hours, with a long-term goal of training 60,000 employees.
