With UiPath, Caricese automated nearly 99% of a key foreign account onboarding process, allowing customer data to be entered, verified, and allocated much faster and with minimal human involvement. The solution helped Caricese scale up and down based on demand, reduce the need for temporary hiring, and improve efficiency and service quality; the company also expanded its automation offerings using UiPath Document Understanding and Test Suite.
