Using UiPath, including UiPath StudioX and support from UiPath Professional Services, Generali built a smart automation ecosystem that combined RPA with OCR, AI, and NLP. The company used these capabilities to automate tasks like downloading attachments, moving files, and processing forms with suggested actions for operators, helping reduce costs and bureaucracy, increase productivity, and improve employee morale by letting staff focus on higher-value work.
