Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, one of India’s leading private general insurers, wanted to reduce repetitive manual work and improve the accuracy and efficiency of core insurance operations. The company turned to UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to experiment with automation across processes such as policy issuance and agricultural policy booking.

UiPath implemented RPA across 22 automated processes with 10 robots in production, helping Bajaj Allianz streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency and accuracy. The solution also supported business continuity during COVID-19 by dynamically allocating cases for remote workers, while freeing staff to focus on more value-added work.
