Alter Domus, a global alternative service provider with more than 40 offices and over $840 billion of assets under administration, needed to reduce manual, repetitive work that strained employees at peak times and limited scalability and service quality. To drive better client outcomes and employee experience, Alter Domus partnered with UiPath to introduce Intelligent Automation across the business.

UiPath helped Alter Domus build an Automation Center of Excellence and deploy solutions including Document Understanding, AI Fabric, UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Hub to capture, validate and process documents automatically. In the first six months the teams delivered 10 robots and automated over 20 processes across Europe and North America (focused on 10 high‑headcount offices), cutting errors, speeding turnaround, freeing employee capacity for higher‑value work and improving data quality—efforts the company plans to scale to nearly every office within 1.5 years.
