Case Study: National Agricultural Cooperative Federation achieves nationwide RPA adoption and digital transformation with UiPath

A nationwide initiative to introduce robots to the Korean agricultural sector

The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF), which oversees 1,118 Nonghyup and Chukhyup stores and 100,000 employees nationwide, needed to close information gaps and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across its affiliates. To scale automation and standardize processes, NACF partnered with UiPath to apply RPA-driven capabilities — including task mining, task capturing and process mining — and to create a centralized automation portal for employees.

UiPath, working with partner TimeGate, delivered the NH Nonghyup RPA Portal and end-to-end automation services: UiPath provided the task/process analysis, automation development, robot–human collaboration and evaluation, while TimeGate built the portal and scripts. The portal lets employees suggest, share and download bots like an app store and launched through the NH Future Innovation Center as the first step toward rolling RPA out to all 1,118 stores and 100,000 staff. Early adoption demonstrates strong efficiency potential — for example, a five‑minute saving per employee would scale to substantial time savings — positioning UiPath to drive NACF’s continued digital transformation.
